This week we wanted to share first-hand some of the current trends that are occurring within the construction and home improvement spaces. Continue reading for some great key trends of importance.


While slowing, the home improvement industry is still growing at a steady pace, with further deceleration anticipated over the coming year.


Global construction is anticipated to grow over the upcoming year, similarly in capacity to 2021 and in contrast to the retraction in 2020.


Economic inflation (and the fear thereof) will continue to play a role in the stability of both the construction and home improvement industries for the foreseeable future.


Consumers are anticipated to be spending less on home improvement items over the next year, given how many individuals completed their ‘COVID-19 Projects’ as of lately.


Housing affordability is anticipated to decline over the next year, with an anticipated rebound in 2024.
